As the Head of Pharmacy, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Oversee pharmacy operations to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards.
- Develop, implement, and continuously review pharmacy policies, procedures, and service protocols.
- Work closely with clinical and operational teams to enhance medication safety, quality improvement, and risk management initiatives.
- Provide expert guidance on medication management and operational matters to support clinical decision-making.
- Support formulary management, procurement planning, and monitoring of medication utilization.
- Lead preparation for audits, inspections, and compliance reviews.
- Contribute to digital health initiatives related to prescribing, dispensing, documentation, and reporting systems.
- Establish and track key performance indicators to drive operational efficiency and service excellence.
- Oversee staff training, competency development, and adherence to professional practice standards.
- Represent pharmacy operations in cross-functional committees and organizational projects.
- Stay informed on industry trends, regulatory updates, and best practices in pharmacy and medication management.
Requirements
- Possess Bachelor Degree in Pharmacy
- Full registration with Singapore Pharmacy Council
- Proven track record in leadership role
