THE ROLE

As the Head of People, APAC at Temenos, you will play a critical role in driving the

organization's people strategy to support business objectives and growth in the

Asia-Pacific market.

You will be responsible for leading all aspects of HR operations, performance, talent

management, employee relations, wellness initiatives and culture development

across the region.

OPPORTUNITIES

Strategic HR Leadership:

  • Develop and execute the HR strategy aligned with the company's overall goals

and objectives.

  • Provide strategic guidance and support to senior management on all

people-related matters.

  • Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, retention, and productivity.

Talent Management:

  • Oversee the onboarding process for all levels of employees.
  • Implement effective talent management strategies, including succession

planning, talent development, and performance management.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure the company attracts and retains

top talent in the competitive APAC market.

Employee Relations And Compliance:

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on HR-related issues,

including performance concerns, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.

  • Ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations across multiple

APAC countries.

  • Handle employee relations matters with sensitivity and confidentiality.

Culture And Diversity:

  • Foster a positive and inclusive work culture that values diversity and promotes

a sense of belonging among employees.

  • Lead initiatives to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) within the

organization.

  • Champion employee wellness programs and initiatives to support work-life

balance.

HR Operations And Systems:

  • Work with HR operations and the Employee Experience team, including

payroll, benefits administration, and HRIS management.

  • Continuously evaluate and improve HR processes and systems to enhance

efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Ensure data integrity and compliance with data protection regulations.

SKILLS

  • Ideally you will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business

Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

  • Significant progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership

role.

  • Extensive knowledge of APAC employment laws and regulations.
  • Experience working in the financial services industry or a similar fast-paced,

technology-driven environment.

  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven track record of driving organizational change and talent development

initiatives.
