Leveraging data-driven insights and innovative formats, we deliver impactful campaigns that bridge the gap between offline engagement and digital performance.

Role Overview

The Head of Partnerships will be responsible for driving strategic alliances, expanding commercial opportunities, and strengthening relationships with key stakeholders across the advertising ecosystem. This role is pivotal in shaping the company's growth trajectory by building partnerships with agencies, brands, property owners, and technology providers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Partnerships: Identify, negotiate, and secure high-value partnerships with agencies, brands, and ecosystem players.
  • Business Development: Drive revenue growth through innovative partnership models and joint business initiatives.
  • Market Expansion: Lead efforts to expand the platform's footprint across new geographies and verticals.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain senior-level relationships with advertisers, media agencies, landlords, and technology partners.
  • Cross-functional Leadership: Collaborate with product, sales, and marketing teams to deliver integrated solutions that maximize client value.
  • Innovation & Growth: Develop creative partnership strategies that differentiate the platform and enhance brand visibility.

Candidate Profile

  • Experience: 10+ years in partnerships, business development, or commercial leadership within media, advertising, or technology sectors.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of out-of-home media, advertising ecosystems, and digital integration.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead teams, influence stakeholders, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commercial Acumen: Strong negotiation skills and a track record of closing complex, high-value deals.
  • Communication: Excellent presentation, relationship management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Languages: Fluency in English (Mandarin a plus)
