Position Requirements:
Essential:
- Demonstrated experience leading large scale residential programmes.
- Exceptional organisational and project management skills.
- High level judgement and decision making under pressure.
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Outstanding communication with parents and staff.
- Strong understanding of safeguarding and risk management.
Desirable:
- Wilderness First Aid or equivalent.
- Expedition leadership qualifications.
- Duke of Edinburgh, Outward Bound or equivalent experience.
- International school experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in education, outdoor education, recreation, or a related field.
- A teaching qualification, such as a Postgraduate Certificate in Education or a Bachelor of Education.
- Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional learning and development.
This position will commence in January 2027.
