Roles & Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the strategic roadmap for the Thin Film department.
- Process Excellence: Lead the development, optimization, and control of all Thin film processes.
- Equipment Management: Direct the engineering, maintenance, and upgrade activities for all thin film equipment.
- Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a high- performing team of thin film process engineers, equipment engineers, and technicians.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Physics, or a related semiconductor field.
Experience:
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing with a significant portion dedicated to thin film process and/or equipment engineering.
- At least 5-7 years in a leadership or management role overseeing engineering teams.
Technical Skills:
- Deep expertise in thin film process/equipment fundamentals.
- Proficiency in statistical analysis tools (e.g., JMP, Minitab) and data interpretation for process control and yield enhancement.
- Experience with semiconductor manufacturing execution systems (MES) and factory automation.
Leadership & Soft Skills:
- Exceptional leadership, people management, and team-building abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
