Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Healthcare Specialist role based in Damascus Governorate, Syria. The Healthcare Specialist will provide expertise in medical practices and procedures, assist in hands-on patient care, and deliver training to improve healthcare services. The individual will also collaborate with teams to enhance communication and support organizational healthcare goals.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of EMT and Medicine skills for providing effective patient care
• Strong Communication skills to interact with patients, teams, and stakeholders effectively
• Experience in conducting Healthcare training sessions and sharing best practices
• Ability to stay updated on industry advancements and apply medical expertise in practical scenarios
• Relevant certifications or licenses in the healthcare field are advantageous
• Commitment to professionalism, empathy, and attention to detail in patient care
