A strategic and results-driven Head of Operations responsible for leading end-to-end restaurant operations, driving operational excellence, food quality, and financial performance across multiple outlets. The role plays a key part in building a high-performance culture centred on accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
What You'll Be Doing
Lead the Restaurant Operations team to drive operational excellence, revenue growth, and profitability, ensuring alignment with business objectives and P&L accountability.
Develop and execute strategic plans encompassing market analysis, menu development, pricing strategies, and cost management to meet financial goals, leveraging data-driven insights and KPI tracking to monitor performance, identify opportunities, and drive continuous operational improvement.
Establish, implement, and enforce best practices, SOPs, and operational performance standards to enhance consistency, productivity, and brand reputation across all outlets.
Ensure full compliance with regulatory, food safety, and workplace safety standards through robust governance, audits.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution of strategic and operational initiatives that support business objectives and customer satisfaction.
Continuously enhance operational processes and workflows to improve efficiency, consistency, and scalability across all outlets.
Build and lead a high-performing operations team by cultivating a culture of learning, feedback, and resilience. Coach team members to adopt a growth mindset, pursue development opportunities, and take ownership of their growth and performance.
We're Looking For
8 to 10 years of progressive leadership experience in operations, preferably within the F&B restaurant industry.
Proven ability to drive operational excellence, strategy execution, and process improvement in multi-outlet environments.
Strong leadership and team-building skills, with a track record of developing and coaching high-performing teams.
Deep understanding of diverse operational and service excellence standards within the premium F&B industry. within the premium F&B industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with agility to lead through change and manage multiple priorities.
Fluent in English proficiency in other regional or relevant business languages is an advantage.
