Head of Operations – F&B (Co-Head of Business)
Little Farms | Singapore
Little Farms is one of Singapore's leading all-natural grocery and restaurant groups, built on a simple mission: to help people live happier, healthier lives by making high-quality, all-natural food both delicious and convenient.
We operate a growing portfolio of premium all-day dining restaurants alongside our grocery stores and are entering our next phase of scale.
We are looking for an exceptional Head of Operations to co-lead our F&B business, alongside our Executive Chef.
This is not a traditional operations role. This is a co-head of a multi-site F&B business.
The Role
You will have full accountability for the commercial and operational performance of our F&B business.
Working in close partnership with our Executive Chef, you will jointly lead and scale a multi-format platform that includes:
- 6 (soon to be 7) full-service restaurants
- 2 takeaway concepts
- A growing catering and events business, including a new events space at Botanic Gardens
You will work directly with the CEO to drive performance, strengthen execution, and build the next phase of growth.
What You Will Do
- Lead and elevate multi-site restaurant and F&B operations
- Drive revenue, profitability, and labour productivity
- Set and enforce exceptional service and execution standards
- Build, develop, and hold accountable strong restaurant leadership teams
- Ensure consistency across all locations and formats
- Partner closely with the Executive Chef to align menu, execution, and guest experience
- Scale our catering and events business into a meaningful growth driver
- Put in place the systems, structure, and discipline required to support scale
Who You Are
- 10–15+ years in hospitality, with meaningful multi-site leadership experience
- Background in premium casual dining, all-day dining, or lifestyle F&B brands
- A clear track record of improving performance across multiple locations
- Strong front-of-house leadership, hospitality and service culture instincts
- Commercially sharp, with a deep understanding of unit economics
- You have likely led a business or division with 5–15 sites and currently have or are ready for a broader leadership role
How You Work
- You are hands-on and deeply operational, not a corporate overseer
- You set high standards and follow through relentlessly
- You build strong teams and create a culture of accountability
- You are comfortable operating at both strategic and ground level
- You care deeply about guest experience, food, and detail
Why This Role
- A true co-leadership role of a growing F&B business
- Direct partnership with the Executive Chef and CEO
- Opportunity to shape and scale a distinctive, premium brand
- Exposure to restaurants, QSR, and events
- High ownership, autonomy, and impact
