Head of Operations

We are currently hiring for a Head of Operations based in Singapore.

This is a key leadership role responsible for driving operational excellence, process optimisation, regulatory governance, and team leadership within a highly regulated insurance environment.

Key Responsibilities:
. Lead and oversee daily operational functions
. Drive operational efficiency and process improvements
. Strengthen governance, compliance, and risk controls
. Manage stakeholder relationships across internal and external partners
. Lead and develop high-performing operations teams
. Support strategic business initiatives and transformation projects

Requirements:
. Strong leadership experience within insurance or financial services
. Proven track record in operations management and process improvement
. Good understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements
. Experience managing teams and operational stakeholders
. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
