Job Description

We are seeking a Head of Operations to oversee and optimise the daily operations of businesses comprising a creative studio, cafe operations, and multiple technology-driven initiatives. This role is responsible for ensuring operational excellence, process efficiency, and the successful execution of innovation-led projects across the organisation.

The role requires a candidate with strong operational leadership, cross-functional coordination skills, and the ability to manage complex workflows involving technology, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

. Lead and manage end-to-end business operations across studio, cafe, and digital initiatives to ensure efficiency, consistency, and scalability.

. Develop, implement, and continuously improve operational processes, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and internal controls.

. Oversee technology-enabled projects, including digital tools, workflow automation, operational systems, and external technology vendors.

. Coordinate and prioritise multiple concurrent projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met.

. Manage relationships with third-party service providers, suppliers, and technology partners, including contract oversight and performance evaluation.

. Monitor operational performance using key metrics, prepare management reports, and provide data-driven recommendations to leadership.

. Support business innovation by translating new ideas into executable operational plans, pilot initiatives, and scalable systems.

. Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory, safety, and operational requirements applicable to caf and studio operations.

. Supervise and guide operational staff where applicable, including scheduling, performance management, and skills development.

Job Requirements

. Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Information Systems, Hospitality Management, or a related field.

. Demonstrated experience managing business processes, operational systems, and cross-functional projects.

. Strong understanding of digital tools, operational software, or technology platforms used to improve business efficiency.

. Proven ability to work independently, manage priorities, and solve operational problems in a fast-paced environment.

. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

. Experience in hospitality, creative industries, or small-to-medium enterprises is an advantage.
