We're seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to oversee Cash Management Operations covering high-value and high-volume Remittance, RTGS, and Payment Services across multiple markets.
This is a pivotal role in shaping the future of operational excellence combining leadership, process transformation, and technology enablement in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
What You'll Do
- Lead and inspire a team delivering inward/outward remittances, payments, and investigations with precision and speed.
- Build and execute strategies to optimize operations, manage multiple cut-offs, and maintain robust risk and control frameworks.
- Champion process improvements, automation, and digitalization leveraging tools such as data analytics and GenAI to enhance productivity and straight-through processing (STP).
- Oversee risk, compliance, and audit readiness, ensuring full alignment with regulatory and internal governance standards.
- Engage with senior stakeholders, auditors, and cross-functional teams to deliver
What You Bring
- 15+ years of experience in wholesale banking operations, with strong exposure to remittance, and high-value payments.
- Proven leadership in risk management, operational controls, and regulatory compliance.
- Solid understanding of sanctions screening, PDPA, MAS regulations, and global banking best practices.
- A forward-thinking mindset with a passion for process re-engineering, automation, and data-driven transformation.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
