We are partnering a healthcare organisation to appoint a Head of Operations & Facilities, a critical leadership role overseeing infrastructure, operations, and service delivery.

This is a rare opportunity to shape how facilities, biomedical engineering, logistics, and centre operations come together to deliver consistent, high-quality care at scale.

The Role

You will get to lead multiple teams such as Property & Facilities Management, Biomedical Engineering and Logistics.

You will drive both strategic direction and operational execution, ensuring facilities, equipment, and systems are optimised for performance, safety, and long-term sustainability.

Key Priorities

• Lead infrastructure strategy across a growing network of care centres
• Strengthen facilities reliability, safety, and lifecycle planning
• Drive operational efficiency across logistics, inventory, and support services
• Oversee biomedical equipment strategy, maintenance, and renewal planning
• Enhance patient experience through improved centre operations
• Embed sustainability initiatives across facilities and processes
• Build and develop high-performing, future-ready teams

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years of leadership experience in facilities, engineering, or operations
• Background in healthcare or similarly complex, multi-site environments
• Strong stakeholder management across technical and non-technical teams
• Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on
• Experience managing infrastructure, vendors, and large-scale operations
• Familiarity with regulatory, safety, and compliance frameworks
