Job Description

. Strategic & Operational Leadership

  • Drive operational efficiency, service excellence, profitability, and scalability across the Group's clinical operations.
  • Translate the Company's strategic direction and Chief Operating Officer's (COO) priorities into actionable operational plans and initiatives.
  • Provide leadership and oversight across the day surgery centres, specialist centres and other assigned clinical operations.

. Financial & Cost Control

  • Plan, manage, and optimize operational and capital expenditure (OPEX/CAPEX) budgets.
  • Establish and monitor operational KPIs, billing reconciliation and cost performance to drive operational efficiency.
  • Conduct periodic reviews of clinical operations and KPIs and provide recommendations to Management.

. Manpower & Resource Optimization

  • Oversee manpower planning, staff deployment and resource utilisation across the clinical operations.
  • Lead and develop the Operations team and frontline operational staff.
  • Work closely with HR and relevant stakeholders on manpower requirements, workforce productivity and capability development.
  • Ensure clinic infrastructure, equipment and operational resources are appropriately maintained and fit for purpose.

. Regulatory Compliance & Quality Standards

  • Maintain strict compliance and abreast up-to-date to Ministry of Health (MOH) standards, healthcare regulations, and corporate Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Ensure compliance with financial controls, billing policies and applicable data protection and information security requirements.

Service Excellence &Continuous Improvement

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, patient experience and service quality.

- Review operational workflows and implement process improvements across the clinical centres.

- Act as an escalation point for significant operational and service-related issues

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

- At least 8 years of relevant operational experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial or leadership capacity, preferably within healthcare or another highly regulated environment.

- Strong competencies in budgeting, stakeholder communication, manpower planning, and regulatory compliance.
