SUMMARY
- An expert in driving cost efficiency, operational excellence, over $100M in annual cost savings and operational improvements across shipping logistic operations for a global maritime establishment.
- Managed a matrixed dynamic team, providing key strategic digital solutions in improving operational efficiency.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Head the Global Efficiency Program for the group and drive the Digitalization Transformation within the Logistics division.
- Responsible for leading the organization's overall efficiency strategy, driving the enterprise-wide cost optimization agenda, productivity improvement and operational excellence.
- Provides strategic direction and establishes strong governance for the program and ensures alignment across all business units to drive measurable, sustainable improvement that is aligned with corporate objectives.
- Responsible for driving the digitalization transformation to enhance operational performance and implementing change management for adoption across the various offices.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 15 years experience in operations, procurement or operations management or related supply chain management positions in shipping preferred.
- Experience in driving key operational excellence, digital transformation, for large global establishments, with proven achievements in cost efficiency, cost savings for the organization.
- Proven leadership experience managing a team, across regional and global.
- Good understanding of shipping, and maritime industries.
- Analytical, ability to handle large amount of data and large number of stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proven track record in stakeholder management.
