Head of Nutrition

We're looking for talented individuals with a comprehensive understanding of nutrition and eating behaviours to be able to assist us in moving our clients towards better health.

Person specifications:

• Degree in nutrition/dietetics
• Able to work in a group setting and individual basis with people of all ages
• Has experience with calorie counting and estimation, digital applications, data entry, high protein diets, low carbohydrate diets for diabetics and able to adapt diets to suit client dietary needs to improve adherence.
• A thorough understanding of calorie tracking and estimation
• The tole of protein, carbohydrate and fat and how to attain re-composition (role of resistance training/aerobic exercise preferred)
• Able to apply the latest evidence in clinical practice
• Experience in one-to-one dietetic consultations is preferred, but not required
