Scope and Responsibilities:

Part of the checklist you will run through are to plan and execute all preparations needed to perform comprehensive transformation projects, maintenance and routine tasks surrounding mechanical and electrical tasks.

You should be a leader that has extensive experience managing and leading a team of high-quality technical personnel delivering excellent engineering services for our clients. You should be equipped with the right skills to lead and direct technical talent both direct and indirect. You need to understand the skillset, changing engineering and technology developments and establish and develop the plan in order to ensure that technical talent remains relevant.

Finance and Supply Chain
This role does requires a good level of awareness and control around budget and pricing for services delivered by the mobile engineering services team including, travel, accommodation and solutioning.
You will lead the team in this area with additional finance and procurement support around forecasting and P&L management. You will have experience in supporting and creating new business solutions within a mobile engineering services team to grow the business for Singapore and the region. You will need to be firmly have the accounts payables and accounts receivables in hand and ensure a proper cashflow.
You will need to have an extensive network of vendor and supplier partners. You must believe in engaging and engaging them to ensure that they continue to be partners and work in a hybrid way to deliver to the customers needs. You will oversee the vendor onboarding, accreditation and SLA process and continue to evolve the process
Core facilities management skills:
- If you are a bachelor's graduate in an engineering discipline (master's preferred), you will most likely qualify technically for this role.
- You should also have a minimum of 15 years of experience in facilities management and engineering operations with at least 8 of these in a management capacity
- Proven track record in large scale deployment in solutioning and delivering engineering operations, maintenance and solutions across multiple accounts and countries.
- Post graduate or tertiary training in ACMV, HVAC, lift servicing, fire suppression, PMP, electrical distribution and lean six sigma are advantageous.
