Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Head of Merchandising / Store Manager / Retail Executive, based in Singapore, with the flexibility to work from home on occasion. Responsibilities include leading and managing merchandising strategies, overseeing retail operations, driving sales, and ensuring superior customer experience. The role also involves market research, sales planning, and close collaboration with marketing teams to achieve strategic business objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical and Market Research skills to interpret data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.
- Proficiency in Sales, Retail operations, and customer relationship management to drive revenue and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Knowledge of Marketing and strategies to create and implement promotional campaigns that align with business goals.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team, ensuring operational excellence and fostering a positive work environment.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Prior experience in the retail or merchandising industry is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Retail Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous.
