Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Singapore for a Head of Merchandising/Retail Operations Manager/Retail Executive. The role involves leading and managing end-to-end retail operations, including merchandising strategies, performance analysis, and achieving sales targets. You will be expected to monitor market trends, oversee sales strategies, collaborate with marketing teams, and identify opportunities for growth and improvement across retail channels. Some work-from-home flexibility is offered.
Qualifications
- Strong Retail and Sales experience with a proven track record in managing retail teams and driving revenue growth.
- Proficiency in conducting Market Research and Marketing strategies to optimize product placement and customer engagement.
- Excellent Analytical Skills to assess performance data, interpret trends, and make evidence-based decisions.
- Exceptional organizational, leadership, and communication skills to coordinate cross-functional teams effectively.
- Familiarity with retail technology solutions and tools is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in creating and implementing merchandising strategies in a fast-paced environment is advantageous.
