Oversee maintenance activities to ensure they are executed efficiently and in full compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Develop and recommend long-term maintenance strategies for mechanical assets, including CAPEX/OPEX planning, budget control, and scheduled maintenance programs.
Plan and implement plant modifications, upgrades, and equipment installations to enhance system performance, availability, and reliability
Drive operational improvement and profitability by identifying opportunities for debottlenecking, reliability enhancement, efficient work practices, and coaching teams on troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
Requirements:
Degree in Mechanical Engineering
At least 10 years of experience in power plant maintenance
