Sirius Mathematics, part of the Brighter World Education Group, is seeking an experienced and passionate Head of Mathematics to lead our academic team and shape the future of our Mathematics programme.
About Brighter World Education Group: The group consists of Tien Hsia Language School, Orange Tree Preschool, Orange Academy, and Morris Allen English, delivering high-quality education across tuition, enrichment programmes, and preschool education in Singapore.
This is a key leadership role for an educator who wants to drive curriculum excellence, mentor teachers, and help students achieve top results in PSLE and O-Level Mathematics.
Academic Leadership
Lead the overall Mathematics programme for Primary and Secondary levels
Ensure consistent teaching quality and academic standards across all classes
Analyse student performance and implement strategies to improve outcomes
Curriculum Development
Lead the design and refinement of worksheets, teaching materials, and assessments
Ensure curriculum is aligned with the latest MOE syllabus and exam trends
Continuously improve teaching resources to make lessons clear, structured, and impactful
Teacher Development
Mentor and train Mathematics tutors
Conduct lesson observations and provide constructive feedback
Build a strong teaching culture focused on clarity, engagement, and results
Competitive salary: SGD $5,800 - $6,700 per month
Performance-based incentives tied to student results and centre growth

Work closely with management to develop an innovative teaching programme.
Clear pathways for career growth into academic leadership or curriculum director roles
Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of teaching experience in Primary or Secondary Mathematics
Strong familiarity with the PSLE and O-Level Mathematics syllabus
Experience mentoring teachers and contributing to curriculum development
Strong communication skills and a passion for teaching
Full-Time Position
5-day work week (Wednesday to Sunday)
Wednesday to Friday: Afternoon & evening classes
Saturday & Sunday: Full day
Off-in-lieu provided for public holidays
