Head of Marketing – Consumer Retail

We're partnering with a market leader in a multinational consumer retail brand to appoint a Head of Marketing who can lead a truly 360° marketing function—driving both brand equity and commercial performance across all channels.

This role is ideal for a well-rounded marketing leader who understands retail at its core—someone who can connect brand, commercial, digital, and in-store execution to deliver measurable business impact.

The Opportunity

You will own and shape the end-to-end marketing strategy, ensuring strong alignment with trading priorities, customer experience, and revenue growth.

Working at the intersection of brand and commercial, you'll play a critical role in delivering impactful campaigns, retail excellence, and omni-channel growth.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead and execute 360° marketing strategies across retail, digital, CRM, and brand channels
  • Drive commercial and trading-led campaigns, aligning marketing with key business moments and revenue targets
  • Own omni-channel marketing, ensuring seamless and consistent customer experience across online and offline touchpoints
  • Develop and manage loyalty and customer engagement strategies to drive retention and lifetime value
  • Translate regional strategy into strong local execution, maintaining consistent brand expression across markets
  • Partner closely with Commercial, Digital, Retail, and Merchandising teams to support business priorities and trading moments
  • Lead in-store marketing, promotions, and activations to drive footfall and conversion
  • Oversee campaign performance and continuously optimise using data, insights, and customer behaviour

What We're Looking For

  • Open to Senior Marketing Managers looking to take on a bigger portfolio
  • 10–15+ years of experience in consumer-facing marketing
  • Background in retail, fashion, beauty, multi-brand retail
  • Proven strength in 360° marketing (brand, retail, CRM, digital, loyalty)
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience supporting trading cycles and revenue growth
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
  • Experience working across regional or multi-market environments
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
