About the job:

• As the strategic lead for the marketing function, you will drive end-to-end brand strategy, performance marketing, promotions, CRM, new product launches.

• Develop and oversee the annual marketing roadmap to align with business expansion and profitability goals.

• Direct multi-channel campaigns across digital, performance, and social platforms to increase customer acquisition and retention.

• Lead the strategy for new product introductions and seasonal promotions in collaboration with supply chain and operations teams.

• Manage and mentor a high-performing team of specialists to foster a culture of rapid execution and data-led decision-making.

• Oversee agency relationships and internal stakeholders to ensure brand consistency and optimized return on investment.

Skills and experience required:

• Minimum of 10 years of professional marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership capacity.

• Proven background in the food and beverage or consumer goods industry with a track record of driving revenue growth in Singapore.

• Deep expertise in QSR Marketing, promotions, performance marketing, CRM, and digital platforms with a highly commercial and analytical mindset.

• Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing diverse teams and complex agency partnerships at scale.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, comfortable operating in a fast-paced and results-driven environment.
