Senior Manager / Marketing Director – Specialty Care (Pharma)

We are partnering with a leading global pharmaceutical company to appoint a Senior Manager / Marketing Director to drive strategic growth across their specialty care portfolio, with a focus on inflammation.
This is a high-impact regional role, offering the opportunity to shape brand strategy, lead cross-functional teams and have a direct team, and influence commercial success across several countries.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of regional marketing strategies across specialty care portfolios
- Drive brand planning, positioning, and lifecycle management
- Partner closely with medical, market access, and commercial teams to ensure aligned execution
- Provide strong leadership and coaching to a regional marketing team
- Translate customer insights into actionable strategies to optimize performance
- Manage complex, cross-country projects with a focus on timely and effective delivery
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally
Requirements
- 8–10 years of pharmaceutical marketing and sales experience, ideally within specialty care, respiratory inflammation, and/or rheumatology
- 4–6 years of people management experience, with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams
- Demonstrated success in regional or leadership marketing roles within pharma
- Strong business and marketing acumen, with the ability to drive strategy and execution
