Head of Marketing & Growth

Reporting directly to the business owner, you will shape the group's marketing strategy, drive day-to-day execution and lead a lean team through its next phase of growth. Responsibilities

You will lead group marketing across brand positioning, customer acquisition, digital performance and conversion, while managing the team and agencies. You will set marketing priorities, oversee budgets and performance, and ensure consistency across the group's brands and customer touchpoints.

For someone keen to broaden their exposure, the portfolio will also include a newer, startup-stage brand, offering the opportunity to test ideas and assist in the growth of newly acquired businesses.

Requirements

This role suits a commercially minded marketing leader with strong experience across brand, digital acquisition and customer growth. You are comfortable moving between strategy and execution, leading a team while remaining close enough to the work to test new ideas.

An entrepreneurial-mindset or experience in a scale-up environment will be highly valued. You bring energy and inquisitive mindset, and are motivated by the opportunity to build new growth engines rather than simply maintain an existing brand.
