They are looking for a Head of Marketing to lead their global brand and growth efforts across both B2B and B2C audiences. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for a marketing professional with a passion for Web3, blockchain, and the creator economy.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Leadership
- Define and execute the companys global marketing strategy across brand, community, partnerships, and growth initiatives.
- Lead and mentor a team of 2 marketers, with the ability to scale the team as the business grows.
- Build structured, scalable marketing systems by streamlining workflows, documenting processes, and strengthening team collaboration.
Brand & Community Growth
- Increase brand visibility through integrated campaigns across digital channels, social media, and key industry events.
- Build, nurture, and grow Web3 communities through engaging content, partnerships, and activations.
- Represent the company publicly as a thought leader at conferences, media opportunities, and partner engagements.
- Leverage community insights to inform product development and go-to-market strategies.
User Acquisition & Retention
- Own and deliver the end-to-end growth marketing strategy, including paid campaigns, partnerships, referral programs, and growth hacking initiatives.
- Develop data-driven campaigns to drive user acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention.
- Collaborate closely with Product and Growth teams to launch new features and go-to-market campaigns.
Organic Growth
- Oversee SEO strategy and execution to grow website traffic, improve search visibility, and align content with business objectives.
Qualifications & Experience
- 810 years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience in Web3, blockchain, fintech, or digital platform marketing (consumer-facing preferred).
- Strong expertise in brand building, digital marketing, community growth, and growth hacking techniques.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop small teams (23 people).
- Deep understanding of Web3 user behavior, blockchain ecosystems, and digital commerce trends.
- Experience managing multi-market campaigns across APAC or globally.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- Entrepreneurial and hands-on mindset, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Conversational Mandarin is required; business-level proficiency is a plus.
