Head of Logistics

Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for a Head of Logistics at TH Maritime Services. The Head of Logistics will oversee and optimize logistics operations, including supply chain management, inventory control, warehouse operations, and procurement processes. Responsibilities will include developing and implementing strategies to improve efficiency, coordinating with key stakeholders, analyzing logistical data to forecast needs, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. The role requires effective leadership and communication with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless operations.

• Experience in Inventory Management and Warehouse Operations
• Proficiency in Procurement and vendor management practices
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to optimize processes
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
• Proven ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Experience in the maritime services industry is a plus
