Job Description:
Oversees and manages the post-integration of the business operations, compliance, alignment and control of The Company and investment funds.
Developing the businesses and services for Japan companies that expand into the Southeast Asia market, including the listing in Singapore Stock Exchange.
Japan companies (those that are based in Singapore and/or other Asian countries) account development and management.
Develop the business expansion support services for Singapore companies to expand into the Japan market.
Explores new business opportunities and executes business strategies efficiently
Coordinating with partners to identify market opportunities
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree holder and above with at least 5 years of senior-level work experience
Japan language is required to communicate with Japan speaking clients and stakeholders.
Strong understanding of post-merger integration, corporate governance, and compliance frameworks
Experience in managing investment funds and overseeing business operations
Proven ability to develop and execute market entry strategies, particularly for Japan and Southeast Asian markets
In-depth knowledge of cross-border business expansion, including regulatory and listing requirements (e.g., Singapore Stock Exchange)
Strong account management and client relationship skills, especially with Japan corporate clients
Excellent business development and strategic planning capabilities
Ability to work across multicultural environments and manage regional stakeholders
Strong communication and negotiation skills in an international business context
High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
