Your New Role

You will be leading the company's technology strategy and digital transformation by driving innovation with emerging technologies to support business growth.

As Head of IT, you will be responsible for:

• Lead enterprise-wide technology strategy and digital transformation initiatives.
• Drive cloud adoption (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and data-led innovation.
• Oversee enterprise architecture, system integration, and secure ICT delivery.
• Build strong partnerships with global tech vendors and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Inspire and develop high-performing teams while fostering a culture of innovation.

What you'll need to succeed

• 15+ years in ICT/technology roles, with 5+ years in senior leadership.
• Proven success in cloud, AI/ML, and data-driven transformation.
• Strong expertise in enterprise infrastructure, cybersecurity, and agile delivery.
• Strategic thinker with excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
