We are supporting a fast-growing, Singapore-headquartered financial technology group operating across cross-border payments, digital financial infrastructure, remittance, and blockchain-enabled settlement solutions.
The business is now looking to appoint a commercially sharp and globally minded Head of Investor Relations & Fundraising to work closely with the Group CEO and executive leadership team on capital raising, investor engagement, strategic financing, and long-term capital markets readiness.
This is a high-impact role for someone who can combine strong investor relationships with financial storytelling, strategic positioning, and hands-on execution across fundraising processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support equity fundraising, strategic capital raising, and investor engagement initiatives globally.
- Build and manage relationships across venture capital, growth equity, strategic investors, family offices, institutional investors, and existing shareholders.
- Coordinate the full fundraising process, including investor pipeline management, presentations, due diligence, data room coordination, advisor management, and follow-up.
- Develop high-quality investor materials including fundraising decks, investor updates, board materials, financial narratives, and strategic presentations.
- Help shape the company's institutional story across fintech, payments, financial infrastructure, and digital asset ecosystems.
- Support IPO-readiness, capital markets preparation, and strategic financing initiatives where relevant.
- Work closely with finance, legal, strategy, treasury, compliance, and commercial teams to ensure investor messaging is accurate, aligned, and commercially compelling.
- Support strategic partnership, corporate development, and transaction-related discussions where appropriate.
- Engage professionally with both international and Greater China investor communities.
Requirements
- 8–15+ years experience across investor relations, fundraising, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, strategic finance, corporate development, or capital markets.
- Proven experience supporting capital raising processes or managing sophisticated institutional investor relationships.
- Strong understanding of venture/growth financing, strategic investors, capital markets, and IPO preparation.
- Background in fintech, payments, financial infrastructure, technology, or digital assets is highly preferred.
- Existing investor network across Asia, Greater China, Singapore, Hong Kong, family offices, strategic investors, or institutional capital is advantageous.
- Excellent financial communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and executive-level relationship skills.
- Ability to operate in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial, and internationally focused business.
Language Requirements
- Fluent spoken and written English.
- Fluent spoken and written Mandarin Chinese.
- Ability to engage confidently with both global and Greater China investors is essential.
Preferred Backgrounds
Candidates may come from investment banking, venture capital, growth equity, fintech, payments, digital asset infrastructure, strategic finance, corporate development, or investor relations roles within high-growth technology businesses.
This role can be based in Singapore and will suit someone who is strategic, commercially credible, investor-facing, and comfortable working directly with founders, executives, shareholders, and sophisticated capital providers.
