Role Overview:
We are seeking a commercially driven capital markets professional to expand our investor network across Singapore and Asia, with a focus on deploying capital into ASX-listed opportunities.
This role is directly responsible for originating and executing investor demand across placements, roadshows, and ongoing mandates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain a network of:
- Family offices
- HNW investors
- Small-cap funds active in ASX opportunities
- Drive capital raising outcomes:
- Generate investor demand for placements
- Secure cornerstone and anchor orders
- Lead investor engagement:
- Organise and execute roadshows in Singapore and Hong Kong
- Manage ongoing investor communication
- Work closely with corporate clients to:
- Position investment narratives for Asian capital
- Optimise deal structure and pricing
Requirements:
- 5–10+ years in:
- Capital markets / stockbroking / investor relations
- Demonstrated experience raising capital for ASX-listed companies
- Existing relationships with Singapore-based investors deploying into equities
- Strong commercial mindset with proven ability to drive revenue
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, deal-driven environment
