About the Opportunity
- Adecco is partnering with an established organization to appoint a Head of Investment Strategy to join its senior leadership team.
- This is a high-impact role at the heart of the financial strategy, from capital structure and investment decisions to and long-range financial planning.
The Role
- Develop and maintain the organisation's overarching investment strategy, ensuring capital deployed across the ecosystem aligns with the Group's financial sustainability and mission objectives
- Build and embed enterprise risk management frameworks and fiduciary governance structures across the investment portfolio
- Continuously evaluate asset health and investment opportunities against the organisation's risk appetite, mission alignment, and long-term financial sustainability
- Partner closely with respective entities, align financial operations and strategic objectives with overarching group priorities
- Oversee full stewardship of the organisation's finance function, including financial reporting, budgeting, treasury, and audit/board committee engagement
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA or relevant certificate is strongly preferred
- Over 13 years of proven experience as a fund strategist or in a strategic portfolio/investment advisory capacity
- Executive presence suited to board and Investment Committee engagement
