Key Responsibilities
- Lead investor relations efforts and manage communication with current and prospective investors
- Support fundraising initiatives, including investor outreach, materials preparation, and execution
- Build and maintain relationships with international investors and stakeholders
- Partner closely with the CEO on investor messaging, positioning, and engagement strategy
- Contribute to the company's long-term capital markets readiness and external narrative
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Background in corporate finance, investment banking, or equity research
- Strong executive presence and ability to engage credibly with senior investors
- Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Excellent communication and storytelling abilities
- Working Chinese language capability is mandatory, due to the need to liaise extensively with Chinese investors
