Cosmetic Physician Partners Asia (CPPA) is building a physician-led network of leading medical aesthetic clinics across the Asia-Pacific region. Based on the success of Cosmetic Physician Partners in the US and Europe, we bring together the most respected operators in the industry. We partner with renowned clinic founders and industry experts to help them grow their practices, enhance client experiences, and stay at the forefront of innovation. Along with our physician partners and shareholders, we are committed to a long-term vision that focuses on better partnerships, better support and a culture that lasts.
We are looking for a hands-on Head of Integrations & Operations to join our team and report to the CEO. This leader will ensure the seamless onboarding of newly acquired Asia medical aesthetic clinics into the global Cosmetic Physician Partners (CPP) network. Acting as the primary operational bridge between the clinics and our regional HQ, this individual will oversee the post-acquisition transition gathering essential financial data, migrating systems, and aligning clinic operations with CPP's global standards. Because CPP Asia is in its high-growth founding stage, this role also serves as a versatile operational generalist across partnerships support and spotting value creation opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Build Clinic Integration & Onboarding:
- Serve as the primary HQ contact for newly partnered clinics throughout the critical 90-day post-merger integration phase
- Oversee the end-to-end onboarding process by executing a comprehensive integration framework based on global best practices and tailored to the local medical aesthetics markets
- Support clinic operations, administrative workflows, and clinical systems (e.g. connecting local EMRs like Plato to our centralized reporting dashboards) while maintaining clinic continuity
- Conduct regular progress check-ins with clinic founders and the executive team with transparent updates, streamlining integration coordination, and ensuring timeline adherence.
2. Physician Partnership & Relationship Management:
- Build deep trust and rapport with clinic owners, doctors, and frontline staff, acting as a highly dependable and empathetic resource during a period of change and growth for their businesses.
- Communicate effectively and professionally, ensuring a positive, collaborative experience that protects our CPP partner dynamics and mitigates key-man risk.
- Represent CPP with integrity, humility, and a solution-oriented mindset when addressing founder concerns.
3. Operations Alignment & Playbook:
- Coordinate the professionalization and upgrading of clinic-level financial and marketing platforms into the CPP Asia network.
- Align local HR, operational, and financial policies with CPP's global standards, focusing on regulatory compliance, risk reduction, and local clinic autonomy
- Assist in vendor management, corporate setup logistics, and the creation of standardized operating procedures (SOPs) for future regional rollouts.
- Prepare and deliver detailed recaps of integration processes, creating scalable playbooks that can be deployed as the company enters new international markets
Qualifications:
- University degree or an equivalent undergraduate qualification
- Experience in post-merger integration (PMI), project management, operations, or high-touch client relationship management
- Experience with medical industry a strong plus
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage complex, multi-step processes independently in an unstructured startup environment
- Emotional intelligence (EQ) with proven success in stakeholder engagement, with the ability to comfortably collaborate with medical professionals and clinic founders
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities, possessing the ability to quickly address operational friction with both numbers and diplomacy
- Willingness to travel across the Asia-Pacific region as the clinic network expands in the future
Key Competencies:
- High Growth Metabolism: Demonstrates extreme initiative, independence, and accountability. Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves. Must be comfortable operating as a solo individual contributor for up to the first 12 months before building out a dedicated integration and operations team
- Physician Partnership: Establishes and maintains strong, respectful relationships with doctors, balancing corporate requirements with clinical realities
- Task & Detail-Oriented: Excels in managing structured processes, keeping detailed records, and ensuring no operational gaps during clinic handoffs
- Adaptability & Collaboration: Works seamlessly across a founding team (CEO, Legal, Finance) and global leadership teams in US and EU to achieve shared growth targets
