Lead and establish a newly created Innovation Center focused on driving automation, artificial intelligence (AI) adoption, and digital transformation. This role will spearhead initiatives leveraging AI and big data analytics to optimize work processes and foster a culture of innovation across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and lead the Innovation Center, defining strategic direction and operational framework.
- Chair and coordinate a cross-functional committee on innovation, automation, and AI adoption.
- Identify, evaluate, and implement emerging AI technologies and market trends relevant to business objectives.
- Lead big data analytics initiatives to uncover insights and automation opportunities.
- Collaborate with functional departments (IT, Operations, HR, Finance) to implement AI-driven solutions.
- Develop and manage partnerships with external vendors, research institutions, and industry experts.
- Drive organizational change and cultivate a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Manage budgets, resources, and timelines for innovation projects.
- Report progress, outcomes, and recommendations to senior leadership.
