Location: Corporation Road
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM
Salary: $8,000 - $10,000/month (Negotiable)

About the Role:
This is a newly created leadership position to establish and lead the Innovation Center, driving initiatives in automation, AI adoption, and big data analytics to transform operations and enhance business performance.

The Head of Innovation Center will chair a cross-functional committee to identify and implement innovative, AI-driven solutions across departments while cultivating a forward-looking culture of continuous improvement and digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and lead the Innovation Center, setting its strategic direction and framework
• Chair and coordinate the cross-functional committee on innovation, automation, and AI
• Identify and evaluate emerging AI technologies and market trends relevant to business needs
• Lead big data analytics initiatives to generate actionable insights and automation opportunities
• Collaborate with departments (IT, Operations, HR, Finance, etc.) to implement AI-driven process improvements
• Build partnerships with external vendors, research institutions, and industry experts
• Drive organizational change and foster a culture of innovation
• Manage budgets, resources, and project timelines
• Report progress, outcomes, and recommendations to senior leadership
