About the Role
We are seeking an experienced procurement executive to lead the indirect procurement function for a large regional business.
The role will oversee multiple procurement categories covering enterprise-wide indirect spend while driving sourcing excellence, supplier management, cost optimization, and procurement transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the indirect procurement organization across multiple spend categories.
- Develop category strategies and procurement roadmaps.
- Manage strategic sourcing projects and major supplier negotiations.
- Drive procurement governance and operational excellence.
- Build strong partnerships with internal stakeholders across corporate functions.
- Lead supplier relationship management and performance improvement.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization, digitalization, and value creation.
- Develop high-performing procurement teams and succession pipelines.
- Support business expansion through effective procurement planning.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or above.
- 15+ years of indirect procurement experience in multinational companies.
- Proven experience managing complex procurement portfolios across multiple indirect categories.
- Strong commercial negotiation and contract management skills.
- Experience leading sizeable procurement teams.
- Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution capability.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in English; Mandarin language capability is highly preferred for regional collaboration.
