I am currently working with a non-profit organization who is driven by a faith-based mission to enhance service delivery and community engagement. We are looking for a Head of ICT who will own the organisation's entire technology and digital strategy, reporting directly to senior leadership.
Salary budget up to 12k + AWS + bonus. 2 rounds of interview to offer. Hybrid working arrangement - 1 day WFH. Office located in Central area.

- Define and execute a comprehensive digital transformation plan, including a forward-looking roadmap for emerging technologies like AI
- You will provide top-level oversight for all core technology functions: IT infrastructure, cloud services, network security, and enterprise architecture
- You will lead and mentor the organisation's technology team (total of 10 people), fostering a culture of innovation, agility, and accountability
- Ensure operational excellence, system reliability, and high-quality service management for all users
- Guide the selection, implementation, and maintenance of core business systems, such as CRM and ERP platforms
skills and requirements
- Min 8 years of leadership experience.
- Deep expertise in IT infrastructure, enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, and cloud computing.
- A strategic thinker with the ability to create and execute a long-term technology vision.
- Proven experience managing large-scale IT projects and leading digital transformation initiatives
- A strong personal alignment with and respect for our organisation's faith-based mission and core values.
