Job Description
- Strengthening HR governance, policies, and operational excellence.
- Building a collaborative, accountable, and high-trust culture across Operations and Support Office.
- Overseeing end-to-end HR functions: recruitment, onboarding, payroll, performance management, and employee relations.
- Driving digitalisation across HRMS, LMS, and workforce analytics.
- Leading manpower planning, compliance, and rostering alignment with MOM, CPF, PLRD, and Singapore employment laws.
- Enhancing employee engagement, communication, and retention initiatives.
- Advising C-suite leaders on workforce strategy, organisational change, and people development.
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resource Management or related field (postgraduate qualification preferred).
- 8-10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Background in labour-intensive or operations-driven industries (security, logistics, facilities, etc.).
- Strong command of Singapore employment legislation, MOM/CPF requirements, and HR compliance.
- Confident leader with excellent stakeholder management and conflict-resolution experience.
- Skilled in HRMS, workforce data, digital tools, and process improvement.
- Proven ability to strengthen HR credibility, build structure, and lead transformation.
