A. Human Resource Leadership
- Lead HR operations, talent acquisition, onboarding, and workforce planning.
- Define and implement compensation, benefits, and performance management structures.
- Develop training & development initiatives aligned with professional growth paths.
- Manage employee relations, including conduct, investigations, and disciplinary actions.
- Monitor HR metrics: retention, absenteeism, staff engagement, onboarding success, etc.
B. Policy Development & Governance
- Develop, review, and update HFSE policies and SOPs, ensuring consistency and alignment across entities.
- Own and safeguard the official Document Control & Policy Management System.
- Ensure timely communication and staff acknowledgment of policy updates.
C. Compliance & Regulatory Oversight
- Lead annual audit and compliance cycles (internal & external) - including EduTrust, SSG/CPE, SFA, MOM adherence.
- Ensure compliance with data protection and confidentiality standards (e.g., PDPA).
- Conduct regular compliance checks and operational risk assessments.
D. Organizational Development & Culture Building
- Promote a strong culture centered on HAPI Values, professionalism, collaboration, and accountability.
- Support change management initiatives and cross-department development programs.
- Lead employee wellness and engagement programs to strengthen morale and trust.
E. Strategic Management & Stakeholder Relations
- Provide strategic advice to top management on HR and compliance matters.
- Represent HRPC in board and leadership meetings as required.
- Maintain positive relationships with employees, parents, partners, and regulators.
