Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Human Resources to lead and drive the full spectrum of HR functions across the organisation. This role will play a pivotal part in shaping and executing HR strategies aligned with business objectives, with a strong focus on talent acquisition, organisational development, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will partner closely with senior management to build a robust talent pipeline, enhance employee engagement, and ensure best-in-class HR practices within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the full spectrum of HR operations and activities including talent acquisition management, recruitment, retention, compensation and benefits and payroll
  • Work with senior management to develop and align HR strategy to plan for the Company's current and future talent pipeline/competencies including succession planning
  • Establish hiring standards in consultation with Heads of department to source directly or via recruiters for potential candidates for all levels of recruitment including involvement in the screening and interviewing processes
  • Manage executive compensation administration, including benchmarking, salary increases, short-term incentives, long-term incentives, key metric tracking, stockholder ownership guidelines, severance and other executive policies
  • Oversee annual performance management by engaging with Head of department to develop key performance indicators that are aligned to business strategies and guide managers on performance evaluation
  • Provide HR advisory services to management and employees in relation to company policies and procedures, employment laws, market practices etc.
  • Provide monthly HR reporting to Management
  • Ensure all audit requirements/compliance for HR are met and maintained at all times
  • Oversee employee welfare and activities

Requirements:

  • Degree in HR, Business or related field
  • 8 to 10 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in a listed company preferred
  • Strong in talent acquisition and building the pipeline for talents, preferably within the real estate Industry
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills with an ability to work with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to excel in a fast paced, complex and ambiguous environment
