Strategic HR Leadership

. Serve as a trusted advisor and strategic HR business partner to the CEO, Board, and country leadership teams across all four markets.
. Lead organizational design and workforce planning initiatives to support business scalability and operational efficiency.
. Champion a culture of high performance, inclusion, and employee engagement across all global offices.
Talent Acquisition & Management
. Oversee end-to-end regional talent acquisition strategies, ensuring attraction of top-tier talent across Singapore, Germany, South Korea, and Malaysia.
. Design and implement robust succession planning and talent pipeline frameworks for critical roles.
. Lead employer branding initiatives to position Equalbase as an employer of choice in each market.
Compensation, Benefits & Rewards
. Review, benchmark, and manage competitive total rewards frameworks across all four countries, aligned with local market standards.
. Oversee annual compensation review cycles, incentive structures, and employee benefits programs.
. Ensure pay equity and compliance with local regulatory requirements in all jurisdictions.
Learning, Development & Performance
. Design and drive a regional learning and development strategy to build leadership capability and functional excellence.
. Implement performance management frameworks that foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
. Lead initiatives for high-potential employee development, leadership programs, and cross-border mobility.
HR Operations, Compliance & Employee Relations
. Ensure full compliance with employment legislation, labour regulations, and statutory requirements in Singapore, Germany, South Korea, and Malaysia.
. Oversee employee relations matters, including dispute resolution, grievance handling, and disciplinary processes, in accordance with local laws.
. Manage and continuously improve HR systems, processes, and digital transformation initiatives across the region.
. Ensure timely and accurate HR reporting and data analytics to support data-driven decision-making.
Team Leadership
. Lead, mentor, and develop a global HR team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing HR function.
. Set clear KPIs and development goals for direct reports across all country HR teams.
. Drive cross-functional collaboration between HR and business units to embed people initiatives effectively.
Education
. Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management,Business Administration, or a related field (required).
. Master's Degree or MBA is strongly preferred.
Experience
. Minimum 14 years of progressive HR experience, withat least 6 years in a senior or head-of-HR leadership role.
. Proven track record of managing multi-country HRoperations across Asia and/or Europe.
. Hands-on experience with employment law and HRcompliance in Singapore working knowledge of regulatory frameworks in Germany,South Korea, and/or Malaysia is highly desirable.
. Demonstrated experience in driving HR digitaltransformation and HRIS system implementation.
. Prior experience in real estate, industrial,logistics, or related sectors is an advantage.

. Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder managementskills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
. High emotional intelligence, cultural sensitivity,and adeptness in navigating multi-cultural environments.
. Exceptional written and verbal communication skillsin English proficiency in German, Korean, or Bahasa Malaysia is an addedadvantage.
. Strong analytical and data-driven decision-makingcapabilities.
. Ability to manage competing priorities and leadthrough ambiguity in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
