Job Responsibilities:
Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives to drive a high-performance culture, employee engagement, and talent retention.
Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, compensation & benefits, performance management, employee relations, and learning & development.
Lead the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with employment laws, best practices, and union requirements.
Partner with Management and Department Heads on workforce planning, employer branding, and HR & administrative budgeting.
Manage complex HR matters, including grievances, disciplinary actions, union relations, and Collective Agreement negotiations.
Oversee HR analytics, reporting, and administrative functions, including facilities, vendors, contracts, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field with a minimum of 8 years experience.
Proven experience in a similar leadership role, with a strong understanding of local labour laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices.
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR strategies that support the company's objectives.
