Lead the development and implementation of the company's HR strategy, ensuring alignment with the global HR vision, market-specific requirements, and the group's regional HR approach
Drive HR transformation initiatives, leveraging digitalisation and steering the design and implementation of enhancements across the entire employee lifecycle
Oversee, provide strategic direction and manage all areas of HR, including employee compensation, disciplinary frameworks, talent and performance management, and recognition programs
Shape and promote best practices, fostering cross-functional synergies within PAP and building strong collaboration with headquarters and other subsidiaries to continuously elevate the employee experience
Ensure HR compliance and governance, safeguarding integrity, transparency, and the fair application of policies and procedures in accordance with Group standards
Cultivate modern leadership capabilities across the organisation, promoting an inclusive culture and strengthening effective cross-departmental collaboration
Requirements
University degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Communication Studies, Psychology (or similar)
Minimum 5 years relevant HR experience in Employee Relations, Recruitment, Selection, Training and Organisational Development, Compensation and Benefits, Compliance
Good knowledge of the specifics of employment law
Proven professional experience in project management, multi-stakeholder relationship management and implementation of staff engagement initiatives
Fluency in written and spoken English with excellent communication skills, and ability to motivate and inspire the team
Preferably previous professional experience in multi-cultural environment
