To further their drive for excellence to meet a widely expanding business, our client is seeking a seasoned HR leader to set a best in class standards across their HR business partnering organisation in anticipation of regional and international growth in the near future.
Job Description
Reporting to the CHRO and managing a team of HRBPs professionals, the Head of HR Business Partner will be the trusted partner to the leadership team to critically evaluate, diagnose and drive meaningful HR strategies and roadmap to support business growth in the region and the international business units. Working closely with the Shared Services and COE teams, the Head of HR Business Partner is able to leverage on HR data and analytics to create meaningful and impactful strategic HR initiatives and drive a modernized and comprehensive HR programmes to support a Future-Ready organisation.
The Successful Candidate
To succeed in this role, you must have at least 15 years of HR leadership experience, preferably gained within a fast paced, fast growing organisation. You have prior experience in managing HR transformation on a regional and/or global setting, and is operationally strong to drive processes and/or content improvements. With team leading experience, you are a proven leader and coach to support and build an agile and forward thinking HR Business Partner team, and empathic and culturally matured individual.
You are a self-starter and team player who is results oriented. You should have strong communication and interpersonal skills who is able to influence stakeholders across all levels of the organisation.
Location: Singapore
Compensation: SGD$220,000, excluding bonus and peaks.
