Main Responsibilities

  • Lead the overall HR practices in SEA including Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia and Vietnam
  • Contribute strategically and in execution to the achievement of SEA's business objectives through the development, implementation and monitoring of HR priorities, policies and all kinds of deliverables
  • Strategic HR business partner for SEA General Manager, business unit leaders and functional heads by ensuring the business has the most effective people, organization & culture to deliver the business strategy
  • Cultivate winning mindset and discipline culture in the organization; fluent in the organizational concepts and dynamics of change, continuously drive organizational capability upgrade including management skills and leadership capabilities to support business growth agenda.
  • Implement and apply HR processes, policies and standards in a way that fits the local legislative and cultural environment.
  • Ensure an open environment for employees to share feedback and for leaders to listen to foster a healthy, open and collaborative environment. Independently investigates employee issues and brings to resolution.
  • An important member of JPAC HR Leadership Team to contribute to JPAC overall people strategy development and implementation
  • Collaborate with HR COEs in Rewards and Talent and People Solution Center to ensure the business attracts, motivates, develops and retains great talent through effective Recruiting, Development, Engagement and Performance Management.

Requirements

  • University Degree and fluent in English both in oral and written communication
  • HR professional training and certifications preferred

Experience/Competencies

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in Healthcare related industry, Consumer Health or FMCG, in multinational companies
  • Familiar with SEA market labour laws, local regulations and culture
  • Demonstrated cycle of success in HR Business Partnering experience, working with business leaders to drive high performance organization
  • Experience in managing employee relations matter
  • Strong leadership & collaboration with cross functional teams/leaders
  • Experience in leading change management, talent & succession, organizational effectiveness, working in partnership with global/regional team
  • People Management, be it in direct reporting or through influencing management
  • Experiences in HRIS/ERP system such as workday and other online learning platform
