Overview

We are partnering with a leading professional services organization to appoint a Head of HR based in Singapore.

This role will work closely with senior leadership to shape the firm's people strategy during a pivotal phase of organizational transformation and growth. The mandate combines strategic HR leadership with a focus on organizational capability, transformation, and building a high-performing culture.

Mandate

The Head of HR will lead the organization's HR agenda and act as a strategic partner to the executive leadership team, ensuring the people strategy supports the firm's long-term growth and organizational priorities.

Key priorities include:

Driving HR transformation and strengthening organizational capability

Leading organizational design across key functions to support business growth

Elevating talent management, leadership development, and succession planning

Leading and developing the HR function to enable a high-performance organization

The Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate will bring strong senior HR leadership experience and the ability to partner closely with executive leadership.

Key attributes include:

• Significant HR Business Partnering experience, ideally within professional services, consulting, financial services, or partnership-led environments
• Proven track record driving organizational transformation and strengthening organizational capability
• Experience leading organizational design initiatives and supporting large-scale change
• Strong executive stakeholder management and influencing capability
• Commercially minded with experience leading and developing HR teams in evolving organizations
