Mandate
The Head of HR will lead the organization's HR agenda and act as a strategic partner to the executive leadership team, ensuring the people strategy supports the firm's long-term growth and organizational priorities.

Leading organizational design across key functions to support business growth
Elevating talent management, leadership development, and succession planning
