Frazer Jones is delighted to be retained by a leading manufacturing group in Singapore to identify and appoint a Head of Human Resources to lead its HR function during a pivotal period of transformation and rapid growth. The organisation, with a growing presence across the region, operates in a complex manufacturing environment with a significant blue-collar workforce. It is focused on strengthening its people and culture strategies to support long-term business objectives and continued operational excellence.
Reporting directly to the CEO, the Head of HR will be a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for designing and implementing an integrated HR strategy that aligns with the company's strategic priorities. This role requires a leader who can operate at both a strategic and tactical level, providing hands-on guidance while partnering closely with senior leadership to deliver impactful people solutions. A critical priority will be ramping up hiring and workforce planning to support an anticipated threefold growth over the next few years, ensuring the organisation attracts, develops, and retains the right talent to meet its ambitious expansion plans.
The remit spans all aspects of human resources, including talent acquisition and management, organisational development, HR operations, performance management, total rewards, succession planning, and leadership development. The successful candidate will also play a central role in shaping the company's culture, fostering employee engagement, and embedding people practices that promote accountability, collaboration, and high performance.
The ideal candidate will bring substantial experience in senior HR leadership within complex, multinational organisations, ideally in manufacturing or industrial sectors. Proven experience in leading HR transformation programmes, driving operational excellence, and managing large-scale recruitment initiatives is essential. Experience engaging a diverse workforce, including blue-collar employees, will be highly valued. The role demands a strategic thinker who combines strong commercial acumen with a hands-on approach to execution, while being a trusted advisor to the CEO and executive team.
This represents a rare and highly significant opportunity for a seasoned HR professional to join a respected manufacturing group at a time of strategic evolution. The role offers the chance to build and shape a high-performing HR function, influence the organisation's culture, and make a lasting impact on its people and overall business performance.
