Frazer Jones is delighted to be exclusively partnering with a leading regional innovator in the digital and technology space to appoint a strategic and forward-thinking Head of HR Business Partnering. Based in Singapore, this is a pivotal leadership role reporting directly to the Chief HR Officer, responsible for driving the people agenda across a dynamic and evolving business.
As a key member of the senior HR leadership team, this role will be instrumental in shaping and executing the people strategy, enabling business transformation, and fostering a high-performance culture. The successful candidate will lead a team of HR Business Partners and work closely with senior business leaders to align talent strategies with commercial goals. This role will also collaborate with Centres of Expertise and People Services teams to deliver seamless and impactful employee experiences, while championing organisational effectiveness, leadership development, and workforce planning.
We are seeking a seasoned HR leader with a strong track record of success in complex, matrixed environments. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in strategic HR business partnering, with a focus on transformation, change management, and organisational development. Experience in leading HR within fast-paced, customer-centric industries such as technology is highly desirable. A commercial mindset and the ability to influence and build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across functions and geographies will be essential. The successful candidate will also have a proven ability to lead and develop high-performing HR teams, while fostering a culture of innovation, agility, and inclusion. Familiarity with modern HR operating models and experience partnering with Centres of Expertise and shared services teams is important. Regional experience across Southeast Asia or broader Asia Pacific will be viewed favourably.
