Frazer Jones is delighted to be partnering exclusively with a leading global financial services group to appoint a Head of HR APAC, based in Singapore, at an exciting period of growth and regional transformation.

Reporting to the Global Head of HR based in another region and partnering closely with the Regional Managing Director as a core member of the APAC leadership team, this individual will operate in a strategic and hands‑on HR Advisory and Business Partnering capacity, with end‑to‑end accountability for the region. Supported by a lean regional Centres of Excellence structure, the role will define and deliver the APAC people strategy aligned to the organisation's commercial priorities and long‑term objectives.

The role has responsibility for leading a regional HR team of five HR Business Partners and/or Generalists, supporting 15+ markets across Asia‑Pacific, supporting a few hundred employees in a high touch role. Acting as the senior HR leader for the region, the role will provide trusted counsel to the APAC leadership team, while working in close partnership with HR counterparts across other international regions as part of a single, integrated global HR function.

This is a high‑impact regional leadership role, requiring exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and advisory capability. A critical success factor will be the ability to operate as a trusted adviser and coach to senior leaders, navigating complexity, ambiguity, and cultural nuance across diverse APAC markets. The role will balance strategic leadership with a highly engaged, pragmatic, and solutions‑driven approach.

The remit spans end‑to‑end HR delivery, including talent management, engagement, performance management, employee relations, and oversight of HR operations across the APAC region. The individual will be highly visible, personally partnering the regional leadership team, while working in close proximity to in‑country specialists to ensure consistent, high‑quality people outcomes.

The successful candidate will be an experienced Head of HR APAC from a financial services, fintech, or professional services environment (e.g. consulting and/or partnership‑based organisations). They will bring a strong track record leading geographically dispersed, experienced teams, operating across multiple international markets, and partnering effectively with a Global Head of HR. Comfort operating in grey, coupled with strong commercial acumen and a consultative mindset, will be essential as relationships are truly key in this role.
