Head of GUI Tea Matcha AI Concierge Project

Compensation

Base annual salary: SGD 180,000 – SGD 220,000

Year-end performance bonus: 2 months salary

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead the overall planning, product design, and execution of the GUI Tea Matcha AI Concierge project;

2. Build and manage GUI Tea's global matcha knowledge base, covering matcha education, product information, quality standards, applications, customer FAQs, and sales scripts;

3. Deploy the AI assistant across websites, exhibitions, overseas sales channels, customer service, experience centers, and internal training scenarios;

4. Work closely with AI vendors, software developers, brand teams, overseas sales teams, and internal business units;

5. Build a bilingual Chinese-English AI Q&A system, with future expansion into Japanese and other languages;

6. Ensure that AI-generated answers are accurate, professional, brand-safe, and commercially useful.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above. Backgrounds in AI, Computer Science, Product Management, Information Management, Digital Marketing, International Business, Food Science, or Tea Science are preferred;

2. Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, AI projects, digital transformation, intelligent customer service, knowledge base development, SaaS, or related fields;

3. Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, DeepSeek, and a basic understanding of enterprise knowledge bases, RAG, and prompt engineering;

4. Strong project management capability, with proven experience driving projects from 0 to 1;

5. Excellent Chinese communication skills and strong working-level English proficiency;

6. Experience in AI chatbots, enterprise knowledge bases, intelligent customer service, CRM, website customer support systems, or multilingual content projects is highly preferred;

7. Experience in food & beverage, tea, coffee, consumer goods, international markets, or brand digitalization is a strong plus.
